  • Can I cancel or change my trip?

    If you need to change or cancel, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

    Cancellation within 12 hours before departure may incur a handling fee. For detailed rules, please refer to our Terms of Service or ask customer service.

  • Can I place an order at the last minute? How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?

    If you need a last-minute trip within 24 hours (like a sudden flight to Songshan Airport), we can handle it! Simply place your order and the system will dispatch a car instantly. After dispatch, you'll receive an email with the car and driver information, along with a tracking link. An hour before departure, open the app or click a link to see driver status updates: on the way, arriving in a few minutes, or waiting for you. Super worry-free!

  • I ordered a car long time in advance, why wasn't it dispatched immediately?

    The most reliable way to get a car is three days before departure

    If you're the type who plans your trip super early, perhaps booking an airport transfer 30 days in advance, don't worry—we won't keep you waiting too long. Yimada's clever feature is that they usually dispatch a car three days before departure. Why not immediately? Dispatching too early can lead to hassles and hassles if there are adjustments. Dispatching a car three days before departure is just the right amount of time, ensuring stability and orderliness. We guarantee you won't be let go, allowing you to pack your bags with peace of mind.

  • What should I do if I can’t find a driver after the car is dispatched?

    Don't worry! You can confirm your driver's location through the real-time tracking link in the app or email. You can also call the driver's contact number or contact customer service directly, and we will assist you immediately.

  • Can I specify the type of car or my needs? For example, if I need extra luggage or children?

    Yes! When placing your order, you can select the vehicle type (sedan, SUV, van, etc.) and specify any special requirements (e.g., luggage space, child seats), and we'll do our best to arrange the right vehicle for you.

  • If the flight is delayed, will the driver wait for me?

    Yimada drivers will proactively track your flight status to ensure they are waiting at the airport on time.

    When your flight is delayed, the system will recalculate the actual arrival time and provide you with 75 minutes of free waiting time (starting from the actual landing of the flight).

    If the waiting time exceeds 75 minutes, the overtime waiting fee will be calculated according to regulations.
